Mike Brown supporters set the very church attended by Mike Brown Sr. on fire and now the race hustling pastor is blaming “white supremacists” for racist black rioters burning down his church.
Flood Christian Church was burned to the ground by supporters of Micheal Brown. The church used a small storefront in the Country Club Hills section of Ferguson.
Pastor Carlton Lee, the white hating preacher at the church, is blaming “white supremacists” for the arson. He says his church was located far from the rioting.
Fact: Monday night, black males were rioting in Country Club Hills in large numbers. This webmaster personally heard “Country Club Hills” mentioned numerous times on the police scanner that night. There were also reports of rioters entering the Northwood Hills Country Club property itself.
Claims by the pastor that he received death threats is most likely a fabrication.
The Missouri church attended by Michael Brown’s father and his family was one of a dozen or so buildings burned to the ground during Monday night’s protests in the wake of a grand jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson.
While the majority of the buildings destroyed on Monday were in downtown Ferguson, the Flood Christian Church is located some three miles away from the protests in a remote section of Country Club Hills.
Pastor Carlton Lee, who has been a vocal advocate for the Browns since their son was shot in August, has said he believes that white supremacists rather than protesters were to blame for the destruction.
Rev. Lee told NBC News that he believes his church was targeted because he has repeatedly called for the arrest of Officer Wilson.
He suspects his church was targeted by white supremacists who wanted to punish him for his support of the Brown family.
